Our approach
What should a best-in-class company do for our climate?
Leading frameworks like SBTi, WWF/BCG, and Gold Standard/Milkywire endorse a four-step approach to credible climate action. Responsible companies go beyond emission reductions and implement an internal carbon fee to support climate projects beyond their own value chains.
By funding these external climate projects, companies can drive innovation and internalize environmental costs in order to reach global net-zero.

Robert Höglund, Head of Climate Strategy and CDR at milkywire
“After nearly five years, the Climate Transformation Fund is no longer a pilot. It’s a working model for how companies can fund climate action that actually moves the needle. We’ll keep testing, adjusting, and sharing what we learn, so others can build on it and help speed up the global transition to net zero.”
